Herbert’s Bar has a great spot on Cross Church Street. The owners have made a superb job of stripping the space back and it now has a vibrant, raw feeling with bare brick walls contrasting with plush leather sofas. They’ve got a very agreeable range of hand pulled beers and food during the day. You’ll find it buzzing Thursday to Saturday with lots of people and some eclectic tunes.
