Opened in November 2010, this is the first restaurant by Eric Paxman. Set in the middle of Lindley village, it has fast made a name for itself for it’s fine dining with a modern British twist. Eric’s have recently opened a bar adjacent to the restaurant so you can now have a casual drink before the friendly staff seat you at your table. Eric’s are also keen to use local produce, with suppliers such as Bolster Moor Farm Shop, The Handmade Bakery and other local suppliers.
